Eleven Mountain Caribou are currently up for adoption here at the Nature Centre. With your $35 adoption fee, you will receive a plush Mountain Caribou and an adoption certificate. Funds will go towards BCES efforts to protect our local Mountain Caribou herds.

“Journey Home of the Chinook Salmon”, filmed by Leon Lorenz over eight spawning seasons on the Fraser River, is a must see. DVD’s are available for $20. These make a great stocking-stuffer, and would be great to curl up in front of after a long winter day enjoying our natural surroundings.

For the person who has everything, consider making a donation to BCES in their name this holiday season. Donations in any amount are always appreciated and go towards our high quality education programs, community projects, and Nature Education and Resource Centre.
